Mattress Production

Mattress Production
The key factor in a mattress is its comfort. Achieving this begins by creating a high-quality spring system using durable and robust materials. Varying the diameter and coil count of the springs allows for customization, resulting in either a firm or soft base. Additionally, filling layers and custom patterns on the mattress fabric enhance its aesthetic appeal.
01. Mattress Core Manufacturing
Our process begins by crafting spring coils from robust carbon steel, ensuring exceptional support and extended product durability. Depending on the desired firmness level, we carefully select materials with varying diameters and coil counts for each individual spring, all tailored to meet customer preferences.
02. Supporting Layers
When additional support is requested, we offer a range of options. These include 3D Net and high-density cotton layers, which we expertly insert between the mattress core and comfort layer sections. These supporting layers enhance overall comfort and reinforce the mattress structure.
03. Comfort Zone Filling
Customers enjoy the freedom to choose from various materials for their comfort zone. Options include latex, memory foam, cotton, and more. During assembly, we use eco-friendly glue to securely bind these layers together. This customization allows for a personalized sleeping experience.
04. Fabric Stitching
Our stitching machinery not only handles materials but also intricate patterns on mattress fabrics. These computer-programmed patterns ensure precise repetition. Additionally, we offer mite-resistant or fire-resistant fabrics based on customer preferences.
05. Edge Banding
Critical for stability, edge banding secures all layers - core, support, and comfort. Our detailed measurements ensure a perfect fit within the mattress fabric after banding, resulting in a cohesive and reliable product.
06. Compressing for Shipping
To optimize shipping costs, we compress our mattresses into a roll. Our specialized equipment creates a vacuum package, minimizing product density. This process is suitable for mattresses with strong springs and foam, and it's a service we exclusively provide.
