01. Panel Processing

To create durable veneer furniture, we start by applying a robust base material. Our skilled artisans then craft wood engravings or shape the base material using carving or shaping devices, resulting in precisely cut and beautiful shapes.

02. Veneer Processing

When compressing veneer onto panels, our approach depends on the product design. We either utilize hot-pressing machines or manually attach the veneer. Our skilled treatment of the edging and veneer ensures that it closely resembles the appearance of solid wood.

03. Painting

Just like solid wood products, we need to treat veneer products with painting as well. Via this produce the product will further enhanced color and smoothness, at the same time being resistant to rot and insects.

UV Painting

Our UV-LED line streamlines the veneer painting process. It operates automatically on the conveyor belt, using multiple LED lights to achieve a perfect finish.

NC Painting

Our automatic NC painting line streamlines the process. Workers hang work-in-progress parts on the moving line, which transports them to the spray room. There, automatic sprays apply 360-degree paint coverage. The painted parts are then sent to dry and await collection.
