Our panel furniture production line is fully automated, utilizing cutting-edge equipment such as the HOMAG BMG 512 and Hpp 180. These devices significantly enhance our production capacity, allowing us to manufacture up to 800,000 furniture pieces annually while improving precision and accuracy. Besides, we offer a diverse selection of materials, including MFC, MDF, and Honeycomb, all of which adhere to CARB P2 standards.
01. Panel Preparation
Laminated Panel: We apply melamine paper to raw particle board or medium-density board, resulting in either a flat smooth surface or clear wood pattern textures. It is an affordable alternative to wood veneer.
Honeycomb Panel: We cut the honeycomb core to fit a pre-made panel frame, seal it, and create lighter, cost-effective panels without compromising durability

02. Precise Cutting with HOMAG Equipment
Our HPP 180 cutting machines accelerate our processes, ensuring clean cuts and precise material sizing. They enhance our production capacity and yield higher-quality work-in-process products.

03. Fully Automatic Edge Banding Line
Our state-of-the-art edge banding line features fully automatic operation, utilizing advanced robotic arms and edge banders from WDMAX and HOMAG. It can handle a variety of edge banding needs, whether it's one, two, or all four sides of a panel. The resulting edges are flawless, with clean snipping cuts at the front and rear, and a stable edge glued to the panel. The finished products are completely burr-free.
04. Accurate and Efficiency CNC Drilling
At our facility, we utilize advanced computer-controlled drilling machines to create precise assembly holes in panels of all sizes and shapes. Our equipment features an optimization function, a tubeless two-stage vacuum system to enhance workpiece positioning efficiency, and an automatic locking function on the rotating shaft to significantly improve drilling accuracy. This ensures seamless assembly for our clients upon product delivery.
