We offer high-quality solid wood furniture crafted from oak, walnut, ash, and pine. Our materials are dried and carefully stored with low moisture content (below 14%) for optimal production readiness. Using advanced equipment, including the Bacci 5D CNC machine, we create precisely cut components. The final product features low-heavy-metal paint, resulting in sturdy, elegant solid wood furniture.
01. Cutting the Wood
We start by using precision cutting equipment. Depending on the shape, we employ either automatic cutters or manually operated machine saws. Regardless of the method, accuracy remains our top priority. Thanks to our low-moisture materials, advanced equipment, and skilled workers, the cutting process proceeds smoothly, resulting in accurately sized pieces ready for shaping.
02. Shaping
The cut wood pieces are shaped using advanced tools and machinery to achieve the desired curves and angles, defining the structure and form of each piece of furniture.

03. Drilling
We drill for mortise and tenon structures, joints, screws, or dowels as needed by the design. While the Bacci 5D CNC Machining Center performs drilling and shaping simultaneously, we also have other drilling equipment for different occasions. These automatic drilling machines ensure precise holes, preparing the products for assembly
04. Assembly
The prepared pieces are assembled, either fully or partially, depending on the design complexity. Our assembly line excels in all aspects of the process, from gluing and nailing to extrusion, stabilizing, drying, and polishing. This stage involves our skilled team of craftsmen who ensure each piece is constructed with precision and care.
05. Polishing
After assembly, each piece undergoes careful hand-polishing. Multiple rounds of polishing with progressively finer materials smooth all surfaces and joints, enhancing the wood's natural shine. This step ensures a flawless finish, adding to the furniture's visual appeal and tactile quality, as well as preparing it for the painting process.
06. Painting
In our painting process, we apply low-heavy-metal coatings to protect and enhance wood finishes. Next, we add multiple coats of
