Our upholstery production process starts with sampling to ensure stability, aesthetics, and comfort. We construct frames from high-quality wood or metal, precisely cut and sew the fabric with durable stitches, and inspect for defects. For sofas and couches, we install S-shaped springs for support and add padding.
01. Sampling
Our R&D team ensures products are stable, aesthetically pleasing, and comfortable. We design and create samples to guarantee high-quality production.

02. Frame Construction
We choose premium wood or metal, cut it using our Homag automatic equipment, and shape the components using our Bacci 5D CNC Machining Center and other shaping devices. These shaped parts are then assembled on our production line.
Spring InstallationFor sofas and couches, we begin by using a buckling machine to attach high-quality metal holders for spring foundations. Once the frame is constructed, we secure S-shaped springs to the holders using hammers, ensuring stability.
03. Upholstering
We use pre-cut fabric for upholstery, ensuring it fits perfectly. After attaching the fabric, our workers meticulously check the fit, insert all parts, and secure them by hand. We ensure that all upholsteries align flawlessly with the frame, creating an outstanding look.
We apply padding materials over the frame, using eco-friendly glue to adhere them-prioritizing sustainability. These materials are shaped and secured to fit the frame's contours, ensuring comfortable and smooth seating support.
We meticulously cut high-quality materials based on paper drafts and then shape them precisely using our equipment. The equipment glides smoothly across the tabletop, ensuring straight and accurate cuts for fabrics or leathers.
Our skilled workers utilize advanced sewing machines to adjust stitch lengths according to customer preferences, achieving a balance between strength and aesthetics. The resulting stitching lines are both smooth and straight.

04. Finish Product Testing
After our process, we rigorously test product balance using a four-wheel balancer. We ensure our upholstery items are well-balanced on the ground. Additionally, we conduct tests for weight-bearing capacity and packaging effectiveness, ensuring flawless delivery to our customers.
